About this project

Open

I will supply all of the footage. I want a fast paced instructional video with trap music in the background and a narration of the instructions below with simple text on the screen "step 1- Fold stencil" etc. I would like slow motion close up effects.
The footage will be taken in a graffiti alleyway so I want to feel of the video to be urban/street feel.

Things to include in the video

Steps when using stencils
Opening the envelope
Fold- Fold the stencil in the opposite direction to the bend to straighten it out
Spraying - Take cap off and remove plastic stopper, push cap back on facing away from you. Hold the spray can upright and only use a little bit of paint.
Storing- Once you’ve finished for the day/night, hold the can upside down and press till no paint comes out (this will clear the paint from the nozzle to avoid blocking.
We recommend placing the used stencil is a bad that can be sealed to avoid mess and smell.
Cleaning- Once the paint has dried on the stencil, you will be able to peel it off (need to work out best way to clean)
Storing- If your stencil is bent, place a heavy object on top of it to flatten out.

Sticking stencil to picture frame (sticky tape or blue tack)

Spraying
Shake can, take off cap barrier, face nozzle away from you when putting the cap back on.
Effects- slow mo, close up while paint is spraying from can to stencil
Quick scene changes that match the music while walking up hosier lane looking at the art. Long zoom

Cleaning
Close up of paint coming out of the can while holding upside down.

Take cap off so it doesn’t spray when not in use.
