Preciso de ajuda urgente!

Meu site está com malware já faz um tempo, toda vez eu acredito que resolvi, mas nunca resolve.

Fica alguns dias, até semanas ok, e depois volta a acontecer.

Já fiz backup, já desinstalei alguns plugins, e agora eu não consigo nem acessa-lo pelo admin.
