Hoje temos um link de E1 conectado a uma central Asterisk.

Na central asterisk existem grupos de atendimento, o que está acontecendo é que às vezes no grupo de atendimento exitem atendentes disponíveis e a chamada não é entregue para os atendentes disponíveis. Outro fato é que um atendente está com ligação em curso e recebe aviso de que existe uma outra ligação querendo ser entregue para ele.
