O CRM é especifico e voltado totalmente para as necessidades da empresa (porém simples), engloba basicamente as seguintes áreas:

- Dashboard
- Calendário
- Clientes
- Produtos
- Contatos (Email, Telefone, Skype)
- Interações (dos consultores com o contato/empresa)
- Relatórios estratégicos
- Importar dados
- Exportar dados
