Al iniciar la aplicación debe aparecer el mapa de la universidad, el cual debe detectar tu ubicación real. Cuando el usuario vaya desplazándose por el campus, esta app debe brindar información relevante y corta de algunos lugares importantes de la universidad. Por ejemplo, al pasar por el edificio de alguna facultad o por el edificio principal de la universidad, puede mostrar una reseña histórica, imágenes, vídeos cortos, anécdotas, etc.
Que la app sea fácil de utilizar, interfaces atractivas, etc. Esta app debe trabajar tanto para android e ios.

Necesito una cotización/pro-forma/presupuesto y plan de trabajo para crear esta app, y el tiempo que demoraría.
