Gostaria de fazer um aplicativo e um site 90% igual ao mercado livre, porém tem 10% de mudanças entre formas de pagamento, usando o pagseguro em vez do mercado pago, e alterando alguns botões de pagamento, vai existir conversas entre os anunciantes porém sem permitir apresentar contatos. Existe mais algumas algumas alterações, porém precisa ser passado após confirmação do inicio do serviço.

Tenho orçamentos de R$ 50.000 a R$ 80.000 porém só tenho disponivel R$ 20.000
