I want someone who can work remotely but is available for meetings in Lima, and I’m open to paying based on performance, like bonuses for achieving goals. The ideal candidate will help position my brand nationally and internationally, turning my business into a franchise by 2025. If I can’t use online platforms, I’ll ask my network or hire a headhunter to find the right person quickly.
