Marketing Specialist for Email Campaigns, Wix Pages, and Meta Ads

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist to manage several key digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in email marketing with Mailchimp, make website content and layout updates on Wix, and (if you can also run a small) paid social media campaign on Meta (Instagram).

Key Responsibilities:
*  Mailchimp Email Marketing: Design a professional and engaging email marketing template within Mailchimp. A draft has already been created. Following the template, create and send bi-weekly newsletters. Content for these newsletters will be primarily sourced from our Instagram, and need to be slightly remixed/updated - but 80% of it is there

*  Wix Landing Page Updates: Update the layout of selected existing landing pages on the Wix platform. All content and layout mockups will be provided by the client, focusing your effort on implementation and design consistency.

*  Meta Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to increase reach and engagement. This is a nice to have.

We are looking for a freelancer who is AI-forward; familiarity with tools like Claude desktop and/or Co-work is a significant advantage. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this ongoing collaboration.
