I need a complete Digital Signage / Information System for Masjid (Mosque)
It's a Digital Information System with Islamic prayer time clock for Mosque to Showcase up-coming events/programs with real-time clock, image banner/slide, video, running text, Hijri date and Islamic event reminder.
To be played and diplayed in Masjid’s TV and overhead projector.
Prayers times and Hijri dates must be fetch from from Malaysia Local Authority (JAKIM) - https://www.e-solat.gov.my/index.php?siteId=24&pageId=24
Main Features
•    Ability to display 5 times prayer times. (With Manual Correction mode - Fetch from Malaysia Local Authority (JAKIM) - https://www.e-solat.gov.my/index.php?siteId=24&pageId=24
•    Hijri dates (with Manual Correction mode - Fetch from Malaysia Local Authority (JAKIM) -  https://www.e-solat.gov.my/index.php?siteId=24&pageId=24
•    Local Time and date – Gregorian date
•    Ability to display Image Slideshows and Play Videos on multiple formats. (Able to support multiple Photo and Video formats. jpeg, png, mp4, mkv, mpeg, avi, zip, html, css, js, ttf, swf, pdf, xml)
•    azan countdown – popup screen countdown progress towards azan time as reminder (masjid can determine how long)
•    azan screen - popup screen with azan alarm and either plays azan video or slide.
•    Iqomah Screen – with Countdown towards praying. Except on Fidays. With the option to disable the iqomah countdown (Masjid can determine length of iqomah time/countdown).
•    Khutbah Screen – Every Friday while Imam Delivering Khutbah/sermon. 9Masjid can determine length of Khutbah).
•    Praying in Progress Screen (Masjid can determine the duration). 
•    Syuruk Screen - Popup screen to warn worshippers when forbidden time for salat (syuruk) has begin for several minutes. The screen has countdown with adjustable time.
•    Masjid able to upload logo and name
•    Live Streaming – Play live streaming video such as Makkah and Madinah Live. By Inserting live streaming url, like live streaming from Islamic TV or from Makkah Madinah channel or YouTube
•    Running Text.
•    Event Countdown App
•    Simple Table app
•    Message /Announcement App
•    Donation/Collection App
•    Able to Schedule Content – Ability to schedule a content. When to start and end playing.
•    Multiple Layout and colors to choose from. (Including Masjid Logo & Name
•    Contents controlled remotely
•    Automatic Updates - automatic updates in a regular period if there is any new feature available without manual setting first.
•    Operating on Android and Windows.
•    Able to Work online and offline

Project overview

This project is to create an improve and effective way of communication with worshippers inside the mosque. Publish Prayer times, Quran, Hadiths, Announcements, Events and more at ease. To create a Free and Paid Version The Free Version of this system. Will help smaller Masjid or Musollah to kick start. Candidates must fully understand how this system works and if possibly pay a visit to your local Masjid or search in Google search terms Masjid Display System / Masjid Screen / Masjid Digital Information etc. The Prayers time as well as Hijri Dates must be fetch from Malaysia Local Authority website only. Interested Candidates must briefly describe what he/she could offer. Shortlisted candidates will have to submit detail plan on what he/she will do including time frame. Successful Candidate upon completion of the project is required to transfer the know how (transfer of technology) to me as the owner so that I am able to maintain the system including making updates and adjustment such as the solat times/hijri dates and so on.
