Operational web and mobile apps (web app is priority and should be finished before. The deadline applies to this stage of the project).

attention: bids without proposal will be disregarded; general proposals will be disregarded; do not bid if you are not able to develop both web and mobile apps.

Necessary features:
- 3 interfaces: client, provider, admin
- 15 categories of services and about 100 subcategories
- 2 different types of monetization integrated to each subcategory (fixed price and hourly rate)
- Evaluation tool
- Geo-location tool
- Alarm and notification tool
- Secure payment mediation service
- Personal areas of users with external link embed display (linkedin resume or profile)
- Posts with picture from client
- Ads with picture in personal area of providers
- Automatic reports
- Document validation at registration
- inter-interface chat tool
- recognition of cnpj and cpf validity for registration

Admin minimum features:
- Multiple users with different accesses
- Complete control of processes
- Credit code generation
