We are a leading Cash on Delivery (COD) fulfillment and affiliate platform operating across Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Poland, etc.).

We are looking for experienced media buyers from Brazil or Colombia to manage and scale Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and TikTok Ads campaigns promoting winning COD offers in Europe — mainly supplements, perfumes, and beauty products.

Your tasks will include:

Launching and optimizing ad campaigns in Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets (Spain, Portugal, Italy using translated creatives).

Testing creatives, angles, and audiences to generate a high volume of confirmed leads daily.

Collaborating with our team for landing pages, tracking setup, and daily lead reporting.

We provide:

Products, creatives, and full fulfillment (wehandles logistics and COD payouts).

Daily dashboards with confirmed leads and conversions.

Fast payouts (Wise, Payoneer, or Crypto).

Ideal candidate:

Proven results with COD or affiliate-style campaigns.

Experience scaling offers in LATAM or Europe.

Strong creative testing skills (video hooks, image ads, storytelling).

Compensation:
Performance-based or fixed + commission structure — we are open to negotiating based on your experience.

Contexto Geral do Projeto

A European Cash on Delivery fulfillment and affiliate platform helping e-commerce and dropshipping sellers grow across Europe without needing their own warehouse or courier setup. We have strong operations in Spain, Italy, and Eastern Europe and are now expanding our seller network in Latin America (Brazil, Colombia) to help LATAM affiliates sell profitably in Europe. Our goal is to partner with 3–5 skilled media buyers who can generate at least 100+ confirmed leads per day using our offers and logistics backend.
