Hola, estoy creando un sitio en wordpress y necesitaria hacer 2 cosas:
1)Replicar el menu que tiene www.wistia.com. Basicamente me refiero a un menu que al pasar el mouse tiene un color especifico y un boton.

2)la primera parte de la home de www.wistia.com, es decir que haya texto, boton y al lado un dibujo donde pondre un video.

Actualmente tengo el template OSHINE
