Olá. Quero um app de noticias meu site que fala sobre o Flamengo tipo um portal de noticias do Flamengo  para que a cada nova postagem do site o usuario receba uma notificação no celular notificação parecido com do facebook ou whatsapp,  fico no aguardo.
