mern stack lead is responsible for writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
implementation of security and data protection
understanding of performance testing and optimisation techniques
must have good communication & interpersonal skills
ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Should be able to lead a team of 5-6 Engineers
Requirements

He should have the ability to translate prd, brd,  wireframes and psd designs into functional web apps.
Expert level Knowledge on NextJS & Typescript
Understanding & proficiency in Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis
Creating Graphql & RESTful services with Node.js
Must have proven experience in front & back-end development
Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience
Must be familiar with MongoDB, Mysql
Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code
Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible
Should be familiar with GitHub Repository and Jira.
Integration of data storage solutions [RDBMS, NoSQL DB, MongoDB]
Should be from the eCommerce domains
