We are in search of a Meta Ads Paid Media Manager who can actively manage campaigns for clients and respond quickly to requests. Clients are based in EST zone.

The role:
- Align paid media campaigns with applicable business goals/objectives,
- Implement marketing strategies, campaign tactics, measurement and reporting.
- Maintain a test & learn mindset, optimizing tactical marketing campaigns to assess impact of A/B tests, and make real-time optimizations based on data/analysis to drive the business forward.
- Manage website, automation, data, and other marketing technology as needed to enable digital marketing strategies, promotion, and executions including analyzing behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and attribution to interpret trends for strategic conversations that drive business goals.
- Develop/revise plans and recommendations for future initiatives/campaigns based on analysis of results/outcomes from previous initiatives/campaigns.
- Analyze/report results of marketing campaigns using applicable metrics (e.g., Conversion rate) and develop/manage strategies/plans to optimize future performance
- Above all else you'll be the owner of your work and the projects that you're responsible for

Project overview

About you: - Minimum 4+ years experience in paid media, specifically Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) - Experience with business intelligence platforms required: Looker, Power Bi, or Tableau experience is preferred. - Experience with Google Workspace tools - Online and available to respond within 24 hours during PST hours
