Hoje temos um aplicativo na versão 1 do Ionic e precisamos atualizar para a versão 3 (interface).

Não será necessário desenvolver a API, pois já está pronta.
Precisamos apenas da criação das telas do aplicativo.

O desenvolvimento do aplicativo deverá estar coberto por testes unitários (Karma + Jasmine).
