Hola, Para empezar os diré que no es el proyecto típico web/app.
A parte del propio trabajo,  puede ser divertido migrar esta plataforma.
Actualmente está en jQuery y Javascript. No será posible migrar el código pero si ver completamente  el funcionamiento de la plataforma lo que facilitará el desarrollo y las especificaciones.
Se debe usar bootstrap 4 para la maquetación
Estamos abiertos a usar JQuery para algunas acciones, interesa un sistema de plantillas como puede ser handlebars.

Estamos abiertos también a usar VUE.
Tiene integración con una API propia.
Si os parece interesante os paso un documento con algunas pantallas para que os hagáis a la idea.
Debe ser empaquetable con webpack.
