Necesito migrar la siguiente extensión de Chrome (va la versión funcionando de Edge) de manifest v2 a v3: https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/cashy-obt%C3%A9n-cashback-por/penlbiaenhnnkdnokoklccfliajjoljj

Adicionalmente necesito elimiar unos permisos + funcionalidades de la misma:

1. Use of Permissions:

Violation reference ID: Purple PotassiumViolation: Requesting but not using the following permission(s):contextMenus

2. Use of Permissions:Violation reference ID: Purple PotassiumViolation: Requesting but not using the following permission(s):<font style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font style="vertical-align: inherit;">declarativeContent</font></font>How to rectify: Remove the above permission(s)

3. The extension uses a socket.io in the background script - we need to delete that since its not supported in the manifest v3.
