Mobile app design similar to Mercado Libre

I want to create an application for both students and tutors. It i like an advertising application. Tutors can sign up and students will find them and contact them based on map.

Tutors (free account):
Create profile with name, age, sex, experience, education level..
Profile will only show for 4 days free.
They are not allowed to upload any video.
They cannot chat with students
they can provide their email and phone number.
Tutors (Monthly Paid Account ) 5$
Create profile with name, age, sex, experience, education level..
Profile will only show for 1 month.
They accept or decline a booking
They can add videos to their profile as a plus for students
They will be recommended by application.
They can chat with students. 
They can place their Phone number.
Terms and Conditions:
If any tutor with free account places his phone number, his account will be automatically deleted
Any report of Violation, insult or disrespectful action to students by any tutor account both paid and unpaid will also be automatically deleted.
All videos, photos and pictures should be respectful and professional. Or else it will be automatically deleted.

Fake Accounts will also be automatically deleted.
