Validar regla de negocio, debo de mandar la afectación a la tabla y mandar ese movimiento, pero ver si es que el id_horario del día siguiente es diferente del afectado entonces mandarlo también.
Ejemplo el día 17 hubo afectación en la tabla y registra el horario 660021
el día 18 no hay afectación pero el id_horario es el 660020 entonces mandar ese registro también porque es diferente al del día pasado.
Estaré pendiente para explicar de mejor manera
