I represent Decentraland's DAO. We emitted an nft called land that represents a parcel in the game. We also have STATEs which can be minted by grouping adjacent LAND.


Users are losing their private keys and access to their assets. The dao needs a way to expropriate land and states. The dao has a governance app in place to enable mana holders to vote.


We need to update land and state contracts to enable the dao (owner of the contract) to transfer all land and states from one address to another. There is already a mechanism in place to set an operator for all assets for another address. We need to piggyback on this mechanism so the DAO can set the operator for an address.
