N8n Workflow Automation – Instant Lead Response with Vapi.ai, Crm & Whatsapp Fallback

We are looking for a skilled automation developer to build a complete, production-ready lead response workflow integrating multiple platforms. The goal is to ensure every new lead is contacted instantly and pre-qualified automatically, with all interaction data synced to our CRM.

Workflow Overview:
1. Trigger – Webhook Input
The workflow (built in n8n or Make) is triggered by incoming webhooks from ad campaigns and landing pages, capturing new lead data in real time.
2. Outbound Voice Agent – Vapi.ai

Immediately trigger an outbound call via Vapi.ai upon lead receipt.
Configure an intelligent voice agent optimized for low-latency lead pre-qualification.
The agent must extract key data points during the call: purchase intent, customer profile, and urgency level.
End-of-call report (with full transcript and AI-generated summary) must be properly handled.

3. CRM Integration – Imoblead

Parse the Vapi.ai JSON response (transcript + summary).
Use the Imoblead open API to locate the corresponding lead card.
Update custom fields and/or add notes with the call summary so the agent's card is ready for follow-up.

4. Fallback Logic – WhatsApp

If the call results in No-answer, Busy, or Failed status, automatically trigger a WhatsApp pre-qualification flow.
Acceptable integrations: Evolution API, WPPConnect, or the Official WhatsApp Business API.
Data collected via WhatsApp must also be synced to the lead's card in Imoblead CRM.

Required Skills:

Advanced experience with Webhooks and JSON data handling
Solid Prompt Engineering skills for structured conversation summaries
rest api integration experience (specifically with imoblead or similar crms)
experience configuring brazilian phone numbers on twilio or cloudtalk and integrating them with vapi.ai
Proficiency in n8n and/or Make (Integromat)

Deliverables:

Fully functional and documented workflow in n8n or Make
Configured Vapi.ai agent with end-of-call report functions
Tested integration scripts for all Imoblead CRM endpoints
Brief technical documentation for maintenance and handover
