Necesito pequeñas modificaciones en un sitio Wordpress

Hola Amigos. Tengo el sitio www.torneotrc.com publicado, el cual necesita los siguientes cambios:

1.- Linkear en página principal Facebook y Twitter, quiero que aparezca el feed de ambas redes en la portada, para que se  vea mas dinámica.
2.- Mejorar el responsive: hay imágenes que se ven muy grandes en un celular.
3.- Mejoras esteticas: necesito mejorar las paginas internas asi se vean mas atractivas y útiles.
