I am looking for a Full Stack Developer who is an expert with QR Codes to help me with the below requirement.

We're doing an innovative print ad.

We've desiged a diy qr code that lets people diagnose themselves.

The way it works is we provide a blank QR code labelled with various symtoms and people can fill these blank spaces by colouring their symtoms black.

Upon completion people can scan the filled QR and get to accurate diagnosis for personalized treatment.

We have an app or website that we want to drive this people to with the help of pattern recognition that will identify the a particular pattern by recognizing the QR and forwarding it to the respective webpage/app.
