Need a wp site cms site for multiple vendor request quote
1st see the attached image for clear understanding..

1. Customer enter into our site
2. Choose Handyman service from dropdown menu
3. Once the selection done (Eg: Plumbing). The site should show all the PLUMBING contractors with select box
4. Customer can choose multiple vendors & type the message in TEXTAREA & submit
5. Single submit button should send individual emails to all those selected vendors
