Need Exceptionally Good Website Designers/Developers

I am looking for a capable web designer and developer team or individual who can understand the need of the client and help with the conceptualization and drafting the entire site and then designing and developing the same with all the details for a modern, responsive high converting, SEO implemented web site, with or without eCommerce which should also look stunning. They should be able to handle the project professionally by creating a visual workflow and give regular feedback and be proactive in getting the details from the client.

I have several projects and would like to outsource them to a professional team capable of handling all aspects of the site. If you have trained copywriters in your team that would be an added bonus.
