We are searching for someone to endorse an innovative product, and have been using Instagram to try finding someone.

However, while some profiles enable the option of sending a text message, many do not, and the direct messaging feature isn't very reliable at all.

Therefore, I want to find a program that does one (or both) of the following:

(1) finds phone numbers from Instagram profiles.
(2) enables me to search for "only" the profiles that feature the option of sending text messages.

We will award $25 to the first suggestion that works for us.
