Looking for a video editor to create & edit video ads on an ongoing basis.

Preferably someone that understands marketing principles and able to incorporate that into the videos.
Or someone that is interested in learning more about how to integrate marketing into video.

Initially I will provide the direction & storyboarding of the video, but once you're familiar with what I'm looking for, I would also like you to come up with your own ideas, and have the freedom to create variations of the videos.
