.Net Windows Forms Canvas drawing project

Make a program to draw a diagram (nodes, links) on the canvas using the resources of .NET
The diagram will be fixed, I will choose a model to be copied. That is, I only need the drawing methods, the program will do nothing.
So that is neceesary a refresh, make a timer that changes the coordinates of parts of the drawing making a small animation.

I provide open source code where everything you need will be. For those who know .NET, it will be very fast, because all methods of drawing diagrams on canvas are in this open source.
