No-Code/Ai Developer for Room Rental Marketplace Mvp Development

Rentercasa is a U.S.-Based housing company building a marketplace for room rentals and flexible housing. Our vision is to create a platform where renters can search available rooms from multiple property owners/operators, compare options, and request/book housing through one website—similar to the search experience of travel-booking platforms, but designed for room rentals. We need a resourceful No-Code/AI Developer to build our MVP.

Phase 1 Features:

Renter & Host accounts/login
Property and individual room listings
Photos, amenities, pricing & availability
Location-based search
Filters (price, move-in date, furnished, bathroom type, etc.)
Room detail pages
Inquiry/request-to-book workflow
Host dashboard
Admin dashboard
Mobile-responsive design

We are open to Bubble, FlutterFlow, Lovable, Replit, Supabase/Firebase or another recommended stack. We want someone who can recommend solutions, not simply wait for detailed instructions.

Hours: Approx. 20 hours/week
Initial Term: 90 days, with opportunity for ongoing/full-time work.

Marketplace, booking, SaaS or PropTech experience is strongly preferred.
