Ao começar, entrego só a ideia do que quero desenvolver. Anteriormente não administrei este tipo de projetos. O sistema deverá contar com uma integração com redes sociais. Deverá ter compatibilidade com iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows e Blackberry. O freelancer seria para um projeto. Minha ideia é pagar por a totalidade do projeto finalizado.
