HOla Necesito URGENTE, realizar el desarrollo de un sitio web,
tengo un bosquejo inicial de un diseño, que se puede tomar como propuesta para arrancar.
Necesito el sitio con urgencia por lo que por favor ofrecer solo si tienen experiencia y creen que lo pueden hacer.

El sitio es un sitio institucional simple con varias secciones de informacion, galerias de fotos  y seccion para descargar archivos, ademas de seccion de noticias por categorias.
