necesito en un formulario de registro de socios, los campos formales, nombre apellido etc etc, pero que al final tiene que aparecer un campo numerico en que se pueda elegir un numero del 1 al 1000, y que ese numero elegido  sea unico para ese usuario, el proximo usuario no puede elegir el mismo, si es posible en Contact Form 7
