Busco realizar un plan alimentario con carácter deportivo pre competencia,(running) de unas 7-8 páginas. Cuento con logo.
Quería agregar gel deportivo, granos de café, (cafeína)algún rayito (energía)
También pensé una "mascota " que marque precompetencia y durante,es decir diferencie los momentos.
Por otro lado , un mapa conceptual pre competencia,si puede ser editable y que quede más estético/estilo similar
