Es un formulario creado a partir de una plantilla que tenemos en excel la cual queremos que todo lo que el usuario capture se vaya a una base de datos que desde una pagina web se pueda gestionar la app debe tener:
1.- Inicio de Sesión y Registro
2.- Formulario
3.- Opcion para mandar por correo lo que se capture en pdf
