I'm seeking a skilled developer to enhance an Open Health Imaging Foundation (OHIF) viewer with specific functionalities. Here's what I need:

- Integration of DICOM image viewing capabilities.
- Advanced annotation and measurement tools within the viewer.
- Rendering 3D models from DICOM files to improve visualization.
- Ability to move the axial plane along the jaw using a curved path, aiding in dental imaging.
