Introduction
The aim of this research is to propose a reliable, scalable and cost effective WBAN system for patient monitoring.

Problem: How the sensor sends its packet to the server if the intermediate gateway device fails?    Objective: We propose a packet broadcasting technique for the sensor to search for any nearest gateway device to send its packets to the server

Problem: How to the manage interference and packet collision among the sensor when they share the same gateway device?    
Objective: We propose an aggregated packet approach in the coordinator to manage homogenous packet transmission.

Problem: How to reduce the power consumption of sensor during continuous transmission?
Objective: We propose a packet switching technique to manage packet transmission in BAN -to- BAN
