Online Management Agency Opportunity

We are an online talent agency startup that manages models.
We are seeking to hire one individual to be our company’s staff manager.. There are some qualifications we expect.
Able to communicate online effectively and most importantly authentically in English
Understands how the Onlyfans website works
Knows how to both identify and create high paying fans
Able to write daily reports recapping results from each day
Able to post well crafted social media posts on various channels

Most importantly if you are willing to learn and work to improve your skill set for this job then we expect you to be a great fit. We will work with you heavily in the beginning so you can be completely and totally up to speed. Our goal is for you to eventually train others to do this job.

It is important to note this position is for a senior role in our startup with wage increases, bonuses, and even equity packages available.
We are not hiring you to be a page manager but rather significantly more than that. If you show us that you have the right mind for this, are willing to work hard, loyal, and  most importantly easy to work with then you will flourish with us.
This will be a full time job.
