Website consisting of 4 pages:
- Homepage ( which is rather easy and for which I would not need a lot of help, but maybe just some minor adjustments)
- A page for medicine needing prescription, which would consist of a list of question coming one after the other:
1) What is your address : zip code
2) Which medicine are you looking for? --> Dropdown list
3) Upload your prescription: 3 options upload file, open camera and take a picture of the receipt, or let us know the name of your pharmacy
4) Upload your Social Security Information
A page for over the counter medicine: which would consist of a simple shop with different categories
Another page for Physicians
