Otimizar um site em wordpress para que suba sua pontuação no Pagespeed do google e GT metrix

Já realizei algumas alterações e instalei plugins para otimizar e corrigir alguns erros porém ainda falta otimizar algumas imagens que já otimizei mas ainda não sei o porque que apontam para elas e otimizar mais algumas coisas que irei mostrar para quem pegar o projeto
