Criar uma página de suporte ao cliente. Nessa página o cliente entra com seu nome, telefone e email.
Abre uma tela de suporte ao cliente online. Tem de ter a opção que eu possa cadastrar o número de atendentes online, ou seja se tiver 20 clientes para ser atendido, o próprio chat vai distribuindo para cada atendente, criando uma lista de espera. Caso não tenha nenhum atendente online o chat joga para uma pagina de ajuda com perguntas e respostas.


E tem a opção de mandar o email. Estilo atendimento ao cliente do Paypal, mercado livre, etc..
