About You
BA in Creative discipline. 3 - 5 years of design and production-related experience.
Understanding of technical industry standards in digital production.
Expert level experience in an array of digital creation tools including but not limited to, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, InDesign, and Sketch.
Experience in photography and creative lighting techniques. Experience using productivity and presentation tools.

Have minimal experience in ASANA or relevant project management software, preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.

An insatiable curiosity, and an inability to leave a problem alone until you’ve found one or many different potential solutions.
A desire to take risks and think outside the box.

Your Challenge

You will ensure that your team adopts, follows and embraces standard operating procedures. This comes in the form of proper planning and execution, communication and information transfer, file management standards, server protocol, and reporting. You hold your team accountable and have oversight on their work to achieve efficiency and quality standards.

You will care for your team and hold a high standard for them which has a direct impact on low attrition rates and high satisfaction scores as measured by company surveys.
You connect your team frequently, allowing shared knowledge of design principles, creative language, skill based techniques to be seen and practiced. You monitor and report to your director the department benchmarks including, client satisfaction, creative quantity targets, resource utilization, protocol adoptions in order to maintain workflow efficiency.
Hold training and workshops to develop and gain insights for team members and clients by way of creative problem-solving.
Gather case studies of “raise the bar” quality work that demonstrate quality execution and technical capabilities of your team for use internally and externally. Your portfolio is your team’s portfolio. You take a new process for dedicated and shared creative resource workflows and require adoption be followed.

Maintain low Attrition Rates while achieving good internal survey metrics that indicate a positive experience of the work/company for direct reports. Hiring and onboarding new team members according to the deadlines set forth by the company. Adoption of new systems and processes are embraced by direct reports with high adoption rates.
