Um aplicativo que possibilite que servidores públicos de diversas instâncias encontrem outros servidores interessados em trocar a cidade onde trabalham, viabilizando a troca (permuta) entre eles. É Importante que o aplicativo emita um alerta após o cadastro do servidor, casa haja algum interesse compatível. Caso não haja, é importante que o usuário receba uma notificação caso apareça algum interessado no futuro.
