Php Project Debugging and Local Xampp Setup Assistance

We are seeking an experienced php developer to assist with a critical issue preventing our php project from running correctly on local development environments. My colleague and I have attempted various configurations and fixes, but the project consistently fails to launch, and we have been unable to identify the root cause.

The primary objective of this project is for the freelancer to take our complete project files, set them up in their own XAMPP environment, and thoroughly debug the setup to determine why it is not running. We need a clear diagnosis of the problem and, ideally, a solution that allows the project to run successfully.

Key tasks include:
- Receiving and setting up the provided php project files in a local xampp environment.
- Investigating and debugging the project to identify the exact reasons for its failure to run.
- Providing a detailed explanation of the issue(s) found.
- Implementing necessary fixes to ensure the project runs successfully on XAMPP.

We are looking for someone with strong PHP and server environment debugging skills. If this initial debugging task is completed successfully, we are very interested in discussing the possibility of a long-term collaboration for future development needs.
