Transformação de um site numa plataforma para intermediar serviços para desktop e moveis android, iphone, a exemplo do uber e/ou do workana e do olx.  Assim, preciso de uma plataforma, onde pessoas possam anunciar seus produtos, possam fazer buscas e também possam  alugar os produtos; a plataforma pode ser híbrida (com funções de app e de plataforma), que possa atender massa crítica de usuários ou iniciar a captação de usuários e que tenha seus sistemas integrados para pagamento e recebimentos on line, emissão de nota fiscal etc.
