Problema no Phpmailer ,apenas ao usar o Hostgator

Tenho um sistema  php de compras que envia um email ao  comprador e á loja,sempre que uma compra for concluida.

Porém ao usar o servidor hostgator, apenas o email á loja é enviado, o email do comprador não chega!
o problema é este.Em outros servidores ambos emails são enviados normalmente.

Uso o Php mailer 5.2

Segue em anexo um exemplo do meu form php mailer usado. (leia comentarios do código na linha 107)
