Pre-Call Nurture Va (Spanish Native) for Roofing Marketing Agency – Internal Role

We are Roofly, a performance-based marketing agency helping Latino roofing contractors grow with AI appointment setting, automated follow-up, and lead generation systems.

We’re looking for a Spanish-native VA to pre-nurture leads who book sales calls with us. These are roofing business owners who came from our ads (Facebook, ig, sms) and are interested in learning more about our service.

Your job is to:

Confirm bookings, filter bad fits, and warm up good fits before sales calls

Use WhatsApp (voice + text), Calendly, and our CRM (GoHighLevel)

Ensure they show up ready and have already seen our explainer video

Share helpful voice notes, case studies, and FAQs pre-call

This is an internal Roofly role, not client-facing. You are helping us close roofing contractors into our service — not doing lead gen for them.
