I need a writer that can write up a proposal to respond to a RFP by a government agency for a business training. The proposal will include syllabus outline and agenda pertaining to product development, access to markets and entrepreneur communication.
There is already a format to follow and a template/sample so it is actually just a little bit more than filling in a form and be creative in filling in the details.
I will be giving the info to fill in but a little creativity and input is also needed from the writer. The deadline is a week before end of the year.

We are a healthcare service provider company with experience in manufacturing and consultancy. We also have some training background particularly for health practitioners like doctors and nurses. We want to share our experience and train upcoming entrepreneurs as needed by the government agency.
