Prestashop 1.7.2.2 problema con error 500

Hola tengo un problema de error 500 en mi tienda online, 1 de cada 6 o 7 veces al ingresar al área de clientes o en el check out me aparece el error 500 y luego no da acceso a estas áreas. Lo soluciono momentáneamente apagando y prendiendo las url amigables y borrando la cache hasta que vuelve a suceder.Estuve leyendo en unos foros y al parecer es un problema de la versión de prestashop que estoy usando 1.7.2.2
