Looking for a preventive facility maintenance module that key input routine schedules for property assets such as HVAC, landscapping, lifts for condominiums. Would also like for a dashboard to input work-orders for facility repairs, with tracking of status such as in-progress, due and overdue. Would also like ability to upload inspection documents, and generations of reports for facility breakdowns and costs per week/month/year.




Am also looking for an embedded module to aggregate vendor information, with ability to sort by track record, service type, response time, price, proximity etc. Vision is to have a database of vendors which can then be matched to condominium managers who require a specific service.

Would greatly appreciate a rough quote and estimated time to delivery please.
